Original Hot Stone Massage

Our Original Hot Stone Massage begins with warm stones placed on the large muscles of the spine, allowing for the heat and weight of the stones to melt away tightness and stress. The session continues much like a traditional therapeutic massage, however the therapist holds warm stones in their palms throughout the massage.

 

Hot stone massage contributes to deep relaxation of the body's muscles and soft tissues, helps alleviate pain, reduces stress, and promotes a sense of calm.
