Nope, you stay fully clothed the whole time. Just wear something loose and comfortable and you're set.

Like a full-body hum, or being held by sound. It's relaxing in a way that's also weirdly physical. You feel it in your bones and chest, not just your ears.

Related, but not the same. A sound bath is instruments played around the room. Vibroacoustic sends the frequency straight through the table you're lying on, so it's more direct and more physical.

Yes, gentle and non-invasive. Just let us know if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, or have any implanted medical device before you book. Some frequencies aren't right for those situations, so we'll want to know ahead of time.

Go for it. That's actually a great sign your nervous system is letting go. We'll bring you back gently when it's time.

Just lie there. Close your eyes, breathe, done. Nothing to visualize, nothing to focus on. The less you try, the more you tend to get out of it.

Usually within a minute or two, and it deepens from there. A lot of people notice a real shift around the five-minute mark, when the body finally stops bracing.

Like most things here, it builds over time. Start with a few sessions close together, then settle into whatever rhythm works, weekly or monthly, depending on what you need.

After your session
Deeply relaxed, sometimes a little floaty, like waking up from an unreasonably good nap. Clearer and lighter than when you walked in is common too.
Drink water, take it slow for a bit. Fifteen quiet minutes before you jump back into your day lets everything settle.
Yes. You'll probably feel very relaxed, so give yourself a minute before pulling out of the parking lot. Most people feel perfectly capable, just pleasantly calm.
Completely normal, nothing to worry about. Sound and vibration can loosen up tension that's been sitting in your body for a while, and sometimes that comes out as emotion. We're around if you want to talk about it afterward.
Plenty of people feel a difference after just one session. For deeper stuff like chronic pain, long-term anxiety, or sleep issues, it usually takes a few sessions before the benefits really stack up.
