We appreciate that you've chosen us for your massage & bodywork needs. To provide the best service possible to our clients we have implemented the following policies:
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our office as soon as possible prior to the appointment to reschedule. Do not email. Please be aware that there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee charged if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time.
If you forget your appointment or simply do not arrive for your appointment it will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full session fee.
All fees must be paid before your next appointment.
If you are a WellSpan employee utilizing your insurance benefit please be aware that we cannot bill for any late cancellations or missed appointments. Those fees will be billed directly to you.
We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advanced notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather and we ask you to do the same. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness or inclement weather will generally not result in any late cancellation fees but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
We request that you arrive for your appointment on time. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in a loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return, we will do our best to be on time, if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.
All payment is due at time of service. All services are non-refundable.
We will bill WellSpan Plus members for services rendered after a $15 copay. As an employee of WellSpan Health with the WellSpan Plus group membership, you have the right to be informed about any treatment you receive. This information should include any costs to you for services that are not covered completely by your insurance. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to be aware of your insurance coverage. The purpose of this form is to acknowledge that you have received this information from your provider and that you may be personally responsible for some or all of the treatment cost.
