A few simple things to know before your visit, so you can relax and just be here.
BOOKING
Let's find your time
All of our services are by appointment, so we can give you our full attention the moment you walk in. Book online anytime, call us at 717-335-2338, or email help@circleoflifewellness.com and we'll take care of the rest.

We recommend reserving 24-48 hours ahead, especially for evenings and weekends, though we're always glad to fit you in same-day when we have the space.

A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. We won't charge it at booking unless you're purchasing a package or membership.
CANCELLATIONS
Life happens — we get it
All we ask is for as much notice as you can give us, so we can offer that time to another guest who needs it.

Less than 24 hours: 50% of the service total charged to the card on file

No-show: full service amount charged

ARRIVING LATE
Come a few minutes early
Your session starts at your scheduled time, not when you walk through the door. Arriving 10-15 minutes early gives you a chance to settle in and ease into your visit instead of rushing straight onto the table. If you're running behind, give us a call and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you, though the full session fee still applies regardless of arrival time.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Taking care of you, and everyone who visits us
Please hold off on visiting us if you're feeling under the weather, running a fever, or have an open wound or communicable condition.
If you have a cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, an implanted electronic device, or are pregnant, please check with your physician before booking and let us know when you reserve your appointment. We rely on you to share any health conditions that matter for your care, and we reserve the right to adjust or decline a service when it's in the best interest of your safety or ours.

What we do (and don't do) with your information
YOUR PRIVACY
Anything you share with us, whether it's your contact details, health history, or payment information, is used only to provide and improve your care. We never sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties, and your health intake information stays with the staff directly involved in your visit.
