Float Therapy

Zero gravity. Total stillness. Your nervous system will thank you.

WHAT IS FLOAT THERAPY

Effortless weightlessness for body and mind

Float therapy means climbing into a private room with about 11 inches of water and 1,100 pounds of Epsom salt dissolved in it. That much salt makes the water so dense you float like a cork, no effort involved. It's heated to skin temperature too, so after a few minutes you genuinely lose track of where you end and the water begins.

What you get is a kind of stillness that's hard to find anywhere else. No screens, no noise, nobody needing anything from you. Just you, fully held, actually still.

OUR FLOAT ROOM

Your own private room, open and completely yours

We use a Wave float room: a big, open setup with a glass door instead of a lid that closes over you. Nothing enclosing, nothing to feel trapped in. It's private, it's quiet, and it's entirely yours for the whole session.

You call the shots in there. Door open or closed, lights on or off, music or dead silence. However you float is the right way to float.

WHY PEOPLE FLOAT

One hour in the tank. Days of difference.

Zero gravity takes the pressure off your joints, muscles, and spine, all at once. A lot of our clients with chronic pain find the relief sticks around well after they towel off.

Chronic Pain Relief

Stress & Anxiety

Floating flips on your parasympathetic nervous system, basically your body's rest and recovery button. Cortisol drops, tension melts, and your mind finally gets a chance to be quiet for once.

PTSD & Trauma

Floating's stillness can be deeply regulating for a nervous system that's stuck in overdrive. Many veterans and trauma survivors float regularly to help manage symptoms and find real moments of calm.

Better Sleep

The deep relaxation from a float session tends to carry right into bedtime. Regular floaters often say they sleep deeper and wake up more rested.

Athletic Recovery

Epsom salt is loaded with magnesium, and your skin soaks some of it up while you float. Add in zero-gravity decompression, and you've got faster muscle recovery and less inflammation, no extra effort required.

Mental Clarity

Cut the screens, noise, and nonstop stimulation, and your brain finally gets to downshift into something restorative. A lot of floaters walk out with sharper thinking, more creativity, and problems that suddenly feel more solvable.

YOUR FIRST FLOAT

Everything you need to know before you get in

Arrive & Check In

01

Get here a few minutes early for your first visit. We'll walk you through everything and answer whatever questions you've got.

Shower

02

You'll wash off before getting in the tank, just to clear any oils, lotions, or products off your skin.

03

Get In

Most people float without a swimsuit, since fabric just creates drag and gives you one more thing to think about. Earplugs are provided so the salt water stays out of your ears.

Let Go

04

Your first float is always the most interesting one. It takes a few minutes to settle in, so don't try to force relaxation, just notice what's happening. The water's doing the actual work here.

05

Resurface

The lights come back on and the music fades out to let you know your session's done. You'll shower again to rinse off the salt.

06

Float Glow

Most people walk out feeling calm, loose, and clear-headed. Some feel it for days. The more regularly you float, the deeper that feeling tends to go.
