No special preparation is needed. Just wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to relax and settle in. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session and can simply rest as the frequencies and vibrations do their work.

Can I combine vibroacoustic therapy with other services?
Yes. VAT pairs beautifully with massage, float therapy, or the infrared sauna. Using it before bodywork can help your muscles relax more easily, while using it after a float or sauna can extend that sense of calm and balance.
How often should I schedule a session?
