What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process—not a prescription, not a lecture, and definitely not a one-size-fits-all plan. It's a real conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and what might be getting in the way.

Jenna works with you to set goals that feel achievable, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical strategies tailored to your life. Sessions are supportive and non-judgmental, and the focus is always on progress over perfection.
Health coaching can address many areas of well-being, including nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, energy, and mindset. The goal isn't to fix you—it's to help you reconnect with your own capacity to feel good and live well.

Health coaching complements, but does not replace, care from your doctor, therapist, or other healthcare providers. We encourage open communication across your whole care team.

Coaching Options

We offer two coaching pathways to meet you where you are. Both are designed around your goals, your pace, and your life.

 

Foundations of Wellness — Guidance & Accountability

Sometimes all you need is a little direction and someone to keep you on track. This option is perfect if you're ready to take small, sustainable steps toward better health—without feeling overwhelmed.

 

Jenna will get to know your goals and lifestyle, then provide straightforward nutrition and fitness guidance to help you build habits that fit your real life. Weekly check-ins keep you accountable and motivated, and Jenna's support means you're never figuring it out alone.

 

Includes:

  • Initial consultation and wellness goal setting

  • General nutrition and fitness recommendations

  • Weekly accountability check-ins

  • Ongoing encouragement and support

 

Total Wellness Blueprint — Personalized Coaching & Continuous Support

Ready to go all in? This option is for those who want a deeper, more hands-on coaching experience with a fully customized plan built around their unique needs.

 

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Jenna brings both expertise and heart to every session. Together, you'll develop a balanced fitness and nutrition routine designed to support your energy, strength, and long-term well-being—and Jenna will be with you every step of the way, adjusting your plan as you grow.

 

Includes:

  • Comprehensive fitness and nutrition assessment

  • Personalized exercise and nutrition plan

  • Bi-weekly or weekly coaching sessions

  • Messaging access for ongoing questions and support

  • Progress tracking and plan adjustments

About Jenna

Jenna is a wife and mom to six amazing kids—and she knows firsthand that taking care of yourself isn't always easy, even when you know it matters. Health has always been a priority for her, though she's the first to say it hasn't always been simple. After each of her children, she went through her own process of rebuilding her strength, finding balance, and learning what wellness actually looks like in the middle of a full, busy life.

She wouldn't be where she is today without the support of the people around her—and that experience is exactly what drives her passion for coaching. Jenna believes that small, consistent steps are the foundation of lasting change. She'll help you identify goals that are meaningful to you, celebrate your wins along the way, and gently guide you forward when things get hard.
