Anatomy Trains Structural Integration is an approach to systematically unwinding and rejuvenating the fascia throughout the entire body, then programming in new patterns of tension that will allow the person to feel and move more freely. This is a process done over the course of about 12 sessions, give or take a few depending on the individual client. The potential benefits range from feeling and moving better to emotional or spiritual awakenings.

Nearly anyone of any age can benefit from this holistic approach to better movement and bodily awareness.

The 12-series is a step-by-step process of teaching the body to move more efficiently. By viewing the skeletal system as a frame being supported within a sea of tension we can begin to ponder how an imbalance of tension in one area can affect the entire system.

The 3-series is an abbreviated version of the 12. The primary focus of each session is to reinforce or slightly alter the relationships between the major bony “sections” of the body: the feet, knees, pelvis, ribcage, spine and skull.
The 3-series is designed for those who’ve received series work and would like to reinforce upon the most influential portions. For those who aren’t ready to commit to a full 12-series, you can sign up for a 3-series that mimics the first 3 sessions of a 12-series.
