The Original Hot Stone Massage is much like our traditional therapeutic massage, however the therapist holds warm stones in their palms throughout the massage to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. 

The Synergy Hot Stone Massage utilizes specially shaped stoneware to allow therapists to perform a wide variety of massage techniques that typical rounded stones cannot perform.

Warmed, compressed bamboo is used in much the same way as hot stones to soothe and relax your muscles. The bamboo holds heat differently than the stones and there are a variety of shapes and sizes, allowing your therapist to perform deeper and more therapeutic work.

Our Migraine & Allergy Treatment combines cold marble stones, essential oil blends, and pressure point massage to soothe your headache and ease allergy symptoms.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a very gentle form of bodywork that works with the soft tissue and fluid of the body. It utilizes about 5 grams of pressure to regulate the central nervous system and facilitate the body’s natural healing.

Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their bare feet and body weight.

Reflexology is a specific pressure technique applied to the feet, leaving your body relaxed and refreshed.

Similar to Reflexology, Thai Foot Massage may improve circulation in feet and legs and reduce pain and stiffness.

In Thai Yoga Massage, your therapist works with you through a series of yoga-like postures and stretches to create a relaxing or therapeutic session.
