In addition, we offer several specialized sessions, such as Hot Stone Massage, Warm Bamboo Massage, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Therapeutic Stretch and Cold Stone Migraine Treatments.

Cold Stone Migraine Treatment

Cold marble stones are applied to specific areas of the face and neck after a pressure point massage using essential oil blends to soothe your headache. The pressure point massage and accompanying oils promote relaxation while the cool stones help decrease the inflammation and swelling of the blood vessels in the head providing relief.

60 minutes ~ $90

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage not only relieves the tension and aches caused by the extra weight gain and shift in center of gravity, it also helps to reduce swelling, soothes the nervous system, reduces fatigue and enhances energy.

Reflexology is a specific pressure technique applied to the feet where all the internal body structures and organs are mapped or mirrored in miniature.

This treatment involves a foot soak followed by the reflexology treatment, leaving your body relaxed and refreshed.

60 minutes ~ $80

Synergy Hot Stone Massage

Synergy Stones are specially shaped tools that are handmade from stoneware. Five unique shapes allow us to perform a wide variety of massage techniques that common rounded stones can not perform. Each shape is contoured to conform over the body and fit securely in our hands. .

 60 minutes ~ $105

 90 minutes ~ $125

Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage

Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their bare feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing discomfort to themselves or the client.

60 minutes ~ $95

90 minutes ~ $120

Thai Foot Massage

Similar to reflexology, Thai Foot Massage is a more generalized treatment allowing you to leave feeling relaxed, balanced and invigorated. Benefits may include improved circulation in feet and legs, increased flexibility of feet and joints and reduced pain and stiffness.

60 minutes ~ $80

Thai Yoga Massage

Hands, knees, legs, and feet are used to massage and move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches, which can be very relaxing or more therapeutic, depending on your goals and flexibility. The therapist also works a series of sen lines, focusing on specific energy lines according to what your body needs. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A Thai Yoga Massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, helping you to function more effectively.

90 minutes ~ $120

120 minute ~ $155

Therapeutic Stretch

Therapeutic Stretch helps to increase mobility and range of motion, loosen up stiff hips and lower back, relieves tension, reduces pain and enhances athletic performance. Everyone can benefit from a bit of stretching!

30 minutes ~ $55

60 minutes ~ $80

Warm Bamboo Massage

Warmed, compressed bamboo is used in much the same way as hot stones to soothe and relax your muscles. The bamboo holds heat differently than the stones and there are a variety of shapes and sizes, allowing your therapist to perform deeper and more therapeutic work.

60 minutes ~ $95

90 minutes ~ $120

Massage Cupping

Massage Cupping is essentially the inverse of traditional massage therapy. Instead of compressing tissue to encourage them to relax and release, cupping uses suction to lift the tissues to encourage them to relax and release.

Cupping may be added to any Therapeutic Massage service at no additional cost, just ask! Jennifer, Georgeanna, Jean, Bradford, Erin and Rashell all use massage cupping.

Please be aware that massage cupping is not suitable for everyone.

Massage for Kids

Kids can benefit from massage too! These days, between school and sports, kids feel the effects of stress and develop pain and tension much like adults. We are more than happy to work with your children to provide them relief!

Please be aware that state law requires a parent or guardian be present throughout the entirety of the appointment for those under the age of 18.
